Rooms were spacious and clean, location is great and there are enough things to do/places to eat right outside so you wouldn’t have to go too far unless you wanted to. Had a fantastic stay at Aloft Richardson! The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality and were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The location is another huge plus—it’s centrally located with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the surrounding area, making it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure travel. A big thank you to the entire team for making the stay so enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We were allowed an early checkin which was helpful because we were there for a basketball tournament. The front desk was a amazing and tied our stay to our Marriott points which rarely happens. The room was nice but wouldn't cool down they cleaned the vent but it still would not get cooler so they gave us another room that worked out great!
