I asked if the breakfast was included. The person at the desk asked my room # and replied no you made your reservation with Expedia. I think Expedia and the property should be upfront that there is a 2 tier experience. Left with a negative impression of what had been a good stay.

Staff were great, the room was clean, maintenance replaced the shower head that was hardly working. they had plenty of amenities in the room yeah we receive room service every other day. I would stay there again.

It was well worth the price. We needed a safe place to go to medical appointments. The only downside was the front lobby was closed in the morning until 10am. This made it a longer walk to the parking lot.
