Gross- do not stay

Extremely dirty hotel. The first room we checked into hadn’t been cleaned. Not sure if they ever clean the hotel: the hallways and floors hadn’t been swept or mopped in looked like weeks. The elevator seemed like it would break and the doors opening to the hotel were about to fall off the tracks. The room was gross. Luckily only there one night. WILL NOT BE BACK.

I’m generally ok to sleep just about anywhere. But I’m going to be fair. The food at breakfast was great. The room was very clean but no sheets or blanket for the sofa bed. I don’t nitpick but defects don’t get fixed if you tell the front desk. A wall sconce (that is a wall lamp to the uneducated) was crooked and I touched it like Monk, and fell sideways. The body soap in the shower was empty. Other than that the stay was 4 stars.

The beds are spring mattresses and not very comfortable. The bedspread is thin and worn out and did not provide much warmth. No additional blankets were available in the room. I recommend the TVs be upgraded to allow streaming services or at a minimum, casting ability to watch through the user's phone.

Bad Stay

The building is being renovated and should be closed down until the process is complete. Having this opened during this process hurts the Hilton brand. Smells bad, paint peeling from ceiling, one elevator is out of order, electrical wires visible, and the list goes on.
