"Our first time at this resort , no one informed us what amenities or activities were in the “resort “ no info on wha as a family u can do here or near. Staff seemed very unhappy with their job as not very helpful if you are a minority. The room they put us had water in the tub and water was leaking out , when asked how my stay was going thru a text I expressed this to a lady named Jessica and she apologized but no solution or anything . Food was ok but they close the bar at 5:00 pm . The pool gets closed early as well & the arcade is very small and most games don’t even work . I am not quite sure what kind of resort this is but it did not feel like a resort to us. "

"Everything was just perfect. Good pillows, linens, towels, amazing view, well stocked kitchen. Hot tub was a great size and warmed up fast. Attention to detail really added to the enjoyment of our stay here. Hope to be back soon!"
