The property was vintage so ill give a pass for that. However, my windows were unlocked and i had to lock them. The bedding was dated as so the furniture. It reminded me of a motel instead of a boutique hotel. The property location was very convenient. Would i stay there again? Probably not. But overall, i was treated very nice during my stay.

This was a very mediocre extended stay motel. We thought it was going to be a boutique hotel(my mistake for not researching more closely), so we were very disappointed. The front desk staff was friendly. We were there for a wedding and only stayed for one night. It was inexpensive

Hotel employee at check-in was extremely polite and professional. However the rooms need updating and deep cleaning BADLY! The living room area had old bulky furniture pieces that were super dusty. The bedroom had only one electrical outlet available for plugging in our phone chargers and we had to physically move the bedside table across the room to set our phones on while they charged so they wouldn't be on the disgusting carpet. The back of that table and the wall behind it were covered in thick dust. Plus there wasn't a dresser, armoire or table to set folded clothes on or in. The bathroom lighting was so dim that you couldn't even tell if the tub/shower combo was clean, it was disgusting! The pictures of this property used on Hotels.com site are a joke!

Rude and very unwelcoming

The setup of the room was quite pleasant, yet it had a lingering odor of stale cigarettes, which was surprising given that smoking is prohibited on the property. Upon entering, I noticed visible stains on the couch, and I was staying in the first lady suite. The initial staff members were very friendly, but the general manager, Victoria Jackson, was impolite, unhelpful, and biased. She was not only disrespectful to me but also to my guest. I certainly did not anticipate such treatment, especially since I travel frequently and usually book with VIP access. To be honest, people generally tend to be more courteous when you spend more money, but that was definitely not the experience here. It felt like a Cinderella story that turned into a disaster after midnight.

I arrived and the courtyard was beautiful and I was excited about my stay. Upon entering the room it smelled and the couch and ottoman were covered with food and stains. The walls were black from dirt and the toilet was full of mold. I immediately went and told them I’d not be staying and asked for a refund. I was told it would be taken care of. The next day I was only giver 1/2 back. The site said nonrefundable which I understand, but it’s not like I changed my plans. The room was not fit to stay in. I have never been so disgusted by a room in my life. It’s listed as a good hotel and I don’t know how. I recommend you stay somewhere else.
