Great Time at Avon by the sea

Beautiful little condo, perfect for a stay at the beach. Sleeps four comfortably. Clean property, and even some extras to enjoy yourself to the beach (umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler). We had a great stay.

Perfect for families

We stayed for a week and it was great, very clean place. I loved that it was close to the beach. I have a family of 5 and he had plenty of space. I recommend it 100%, the only thing i would recommend is getting a new sofa bed 🛋. Everything else was great.

Fantastic

Loved this property and Nikki was great with communication after I asked for a later check out due to my brother flying back to England at 5pm! Fantastic location for the pier and restaurants. The pool and chairs were lovely & clean. Sean introduced himself to us while sitting on patio. The condo was clean and fresh smelling, beds comfortable and great clean linin. No clutter which I hate that collects dust! Kitchen was well stocked just one problem, fridge didn't have filtered water or ice machine but water was provided, not a problem though we got by! Bathrooms clean and stocked for our 2 night stay. Definitely stopping again and thank you Nikki & Sean.

A great location

Property management is excellent. The pool and pool area is cleaned daily. Th e complex is better suited to families or older adults - not party groups. This is our third stay here and we love it.

What a Beautiful Location!!!

We loved vacationing in this location! The location was perfect in proximity to the pier (Where the food and rum runners are great) and to other attractions on the island. We watched TWO rocket launches just from the beach alone. One at night and the other during the day. The pool is relaxing and quiet and if you can get past the occasional “Karen” that like to tell you when you are breaking a rule, it’s overall a really nice resort. We did a Dolphin tour, an alligator tour at Lone Cabbage (stay for the eats, it’s an interesting bit of bites), gator golf, and, of course, the beautiful beach views! This will definitely be a place that we will return to in the future!!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Cocoa Beach and the Cocoa Beach Club. The unit was immaculate, spacious and completely updated. Everything we needed was there. We didn't use the beach chairs nor cooler being we brought our own. We also brought our own beach towels for the beach. We only used the unit's beach towels for the pool. Having a washer and dryer was a definite plus as was covered parking. We will definitely return to this unit provided it is available for our next vist to Cocoa Beach.

Great condo and good location

The only issue we had was being yelled at by the property manager. My grand daughter had a floatation device at the pool and the lady manager told us that it wasn't allowed so we removed it from pool and set it aside. The male manager came through and threatened to cut it up and throw it away and then threw it over the fence. None of that was necessary

Great location and clean condo

The pictures were spot on and the place was spacious for our family. We had friends staying in two other second floor units on the property and we loved our first floor unit. Easy access to the pool & beach. We loved being so close to everything. We would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay at this location! The only thing that needs to be improved upon is the kitchen needs to be more equipped with necessities and it needs a lot more linens. We had to wash towels and washcloths every day bc of the lack of fresh linens. Overall it’s a quiet place and it’s super nice being on the beach.

2nd time at unit 114

This is the 2nd time I have rented unit 114 at this time of year. Everything was clean and quiet. We took advantage of the amenities to the fullest. Plenty of beach towels. I don't golf. I brought a putter and had a blast on the putting green. My sisters loved using the beach chairs and umbrella at the beach which was mere feet away from our door. I walked to the Cocoa Beach Pier which was only 2 complexes away. There were too many little things supplied to mention. Paper towels, coffee filters, hand soap at all of the sinks, salt and pepper grinders, as well as any kooking utensil I could think of. A word of advise. See what's there before you go out and buy everything. I can't wait to return!!

Perfect beach vacation getaway

We had an amazing week at this condo! The proximity to the ocean was incredible. We wanted to spend most of our trip on the beach and we were able to do that so easily here. We were so close to the ocean we could come inside and take breaks and easily go back. Having the beach chairs and umbrella available was perfect! The pool was incredible, and we swam in that frequently also. Overall the location was exactly what we wanted. The condo itself was fantastic! It was clean and very comfortable. It was great having a washer and dryer in the unit as we did a lot of laundry. We cooked in the kitchen as well, which was very convenient- we were wishing there would have been some tupperware to store leftovers, but that was very minor. I saw another comment about having a rug at the door to help with the sand and I totally agree. It was really hard to stay on top of all the sand from the beach and a rug would be helpful at the doors. But overall we could not have been more happy with our stay. I would highly recommend this unit!

Beach Vacay 2021

The property was gorgeous and the condo has everything you need. Check in was easy and the pool was straight out the back sliding glass door. The beach was just a few steps away. We will be visiting again!
