The property is wonderfully private, yet it's also only three minutes from Lucy Vincent Beach and three miles from the recently renovated Squibnocket Beach; both of which can be accessed by bringing the rental agreement to town hall at Beetlebung Corner for the permit.
With exterior walls constructed almost entirely of floor-to-ceiling glass, this oceanview home is composed of three components closely connected by covered decks. It’s the perfect place for a family getaway, a stylish retreat, or a beach vacation with close friends.
Step inside the open living space to find an abundance of mid-century design, exposed wood ceilings, and plenty of seating for your guests. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
