With a shared common spaces. This is a basic "rent an individual room with the hostel feel". Staff was good and communicated well. Clean rooms. My reason for staying was one night near where I was meeting friends for dinner. So it worked for that purpose. If you are looking for simple place to sleep for the night it works. I had no concerns with feeling secure. Note: I am also a fit person with street smarts, I think with any hotel stay including this one without on-site staff 24/7 you should be mindful of your surroundings and act accordingly. Walls and doors allow sound to transmit from the halls to the room and noise from other rooms can be heard when people play medium volume music. I would recommend head phones or a travelling white noise machine for the best audible experience. If other guest are quite then no concerns. Street parking if you are driving. This place is not for everyone. But I would stay here again if I was looking for a simple cheap place to stay within the city. Location and cost were my main drivers for staying here.

After the worst night of sleep ever at a "hotel" (it's a hostel) it's tough to give this two stars. We realized it was warm when we came in for the night I'm the hotel but never assumed that at 5 am we'd wake up to sweating and struggle breathing. In a moment of panic looked at the thermostat I'm the hall to realize it was set at 86°!?!?! My friend had the top bunk of the room and also is asthmatic. It was probably closer to 90° for him on that bunk and vent blowing no stop at a temperature that kills bacteria. Being a converted apartment, the unit was loud since being off the kitchen and common space.

The perfect solution to the high cost nightly rentals in this area. We enjoyed our two night stay. High recommended. Easy, comfortable and affordable! 10 min walk to shopping and Wormhole coffee! Sharing bathroom and kitchen was no problem.
