We stayed during Valentine’s Day weekend. The hotel was in a great location near restaurants and Michigan Ave for shopping. The room was very clean, the only one thing I’d like would be more sound proof windows. We heard constant ambulance/sirens and honking throughout the night.

First of all the room I booked wasn’t the one I got. When I asked for a change they said that’s all the room available for me. They told me it’s Marriott owned and so there’s no VIP access for me. I never got discounts or any good treatment. The staffs were awful.
