Just five miles west of Brighton, it doesn't take long to get from Shoreham to any of the Brighton hotels. Taxis and rental cars are available, and you can also take an economical minibus shuttle, which can be pre-booked, to the nearby Shoreham-by-Sea Railway Station and take a train into Brighton, which is only 12 minutes from the terminal. If it's more convenient to bypass the historical experience of ESH, it's also easy to get to Brighton from London Gatwick. LGW is a half-hour Thameslink train ride away, though you can also rent a car or grab a taxi.
