Really impressed with this hotel. Stayed on a business trip and the hotel room was really comfortable, with extra bits provided i.e., variety of teas and biscuits in the room. The staff were friendly and quick to offer help. Happily stay here again.

Mercure Brighton Seafront Hotel
Appreciated my quiet bedroom, but it was a long way from reception when my keycard stopped working, but reception staff were all very helpful and friendly. However, paying for the car park was very difficult and frustrating.

The Old Ship Hotel
This is an older building which both adds to its charm but also results in limitations. Could not turn off the radiator, but on the positive side, could actually open the window. Large ground floor spaces and sa superb breakfast.
