I was relocated to an alternative room featuring two queen-sized beds due to a drainage issue in the initial room, where water, soap suds, and hair were backing up in the shower. In the second room, I am unable to operate the television beyond turning it on and off. Despite a 15-minute attempt by staff to resolve the issue, they were unsuccessful, and I subsequently requested them to discontinue their efforts and exit the room. My birthday on January 24th was unfortunately negatively impacted by these circumstances.

The check in process was super easy and the staff was friendly. The hotel had a clean lobby and had plenty of amenities like a stop for drinks and snacks and a decent workout facility. On entering the room it was very nice and the bed was comfortable, however once settled I noticed that the air conditioner would make a sound like a car with bad breaks squeaking when the AC would power down. It only lasted a few seconds but repeated every 15-20 minutes. I asked management to send maintenance to the room to check on it and they never did. The bathroom was dated and a lot of the fixtures were covered in rust, and also the bathtub faucet would drip constantly causing me to shut the bathroom door so I wouldn't hear the constant sound of water running.
