As soon as I came through the door, German greeted me and made me feel right at home. Gen, Sarah, and Brittany were super helpful and so friendly. Breakfast was incredible, as was the entire staff I came into contact with. Loved staying at Homewood Suites and I must say you have spoiled me for any other accomodation. I will only stay at Homewood Suites from now on!

Horrible experience trying to book the room from Hilton honors website. Could not book it online. Had to call the customer service number. 2 customer service members including manager could not book it for me at the rate quoted. I hung up and booked the room at the rate I was quoted through Expedia. Once I arrive at the hotel, the Hilton employee could not find my reservation even though I showed them the confirmation from Expedia. The front desk tried but could not find my reservation through Expedia or anywhere else. He had to call his manager and she walked him through the process. They then had to call Expedia to confirm again. Total time wasted between trying to book online through Hilton honors and checking in was approximately an hour and 15 minutes. Very, very reluctant to use Hilton or Expedia again.
