Sunny and stylish, the all-white interior of this charming vacation rental boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for preparing all your favorite recipes, a dining table for six for meals or game nights (the table has an extender and two extra chairs), and two comfortable and inviting living areas with smart, flatscreen TVs for streaming your favorite shows. For remote work or school, there is also a small home office with a desk, chair, 27' monitor, and a wireless printer. And outside, relax in the screened-in, furnished back patio, fire up the gas grill to add a little spice to your home-cooked menu, or let the kids and the dogs run and play in the enclosed back yard.

The house is very accomidating with a fully equipped kitchen, confortable beds, beautiful landscaping with a backyard oasis with the added peace due to this very quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors to top it off!! My only complaints are that the property managers never returned any of my emails, texts or calls when i had a few q

This was exactly what we needed. Our 6 week stay required a pet-friendly house with quick, easy access to MUSC. Commute times to MUSC were often 10-12 minutes which was critical since I often had to make multiple trips each day to MUSC downtown. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless and the house was very clean when we arrived. Our communications with the host were answered immediately. The kitchen was fully appointed, and our dogs loved being able to relax or run around the fenced backyard. I appreciated having the large TV in the den. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors that I met were very welcoming.

James island retreat

Enjoyed this property so much , our children loved running with the dog in the huge fenced backyard . The afternoon breeze was wonderful , as was the beautiful giant oaks . Very quiet neighborhood.. Kitchen was well equipped with everything needed and more to cook with for a family .Home was about 8 min from downtown Charleston and about 30 min to kiawah island . My husband really loved having a dedicated space to work in the office space. Perfect! The Vacasa team went above and beyond with any questions as well. We will be back! We miss it already!😀❤️
