Clarity on room configuration - I booked a premier room with “multiple beds” and it turned out to be one king bed with a pullout couch. I expected two queen beds. Also the breakfast could be improved. The value for money is not quite there.

In original room, tv did not work, air conditioning did not work, shower knob came off during use, carpet was dirty and stained, switch for main ceiling light did not work. In second room, air conditioning did not work 2 nights during stay. Room temps reached 78 degrees. Opened windows that gave out over the street. Very noisy and unable to sleep.
