We did a bit of research before we booked, we checked it out on YouTube and it did not disappoint. The view from the tubs are amazing. If your lucky youll see a small herd of deer and even some elk during your soak or around the reaort. The staff were so friendly and went out of thier way to make sure you had a great stay. The apartments have fully stocked kitckens for cooking, even have bbqs for guest use. They also provided bus passes so we could park and enjoy the sights of downtown without having to pay for parking. We will definitely be returning.

This was our first time staying here for a ski holiday and overall had a great experience. Front desk staff were very kind & helpful. The room was spacious with all kitchen amenities we needed. Parking right outside the condo was a bonus and the sauna, hot tub & outdoor pool were great with amazing views. The room did need a few things taken care of, the tub didn't drain properly, same with the kitchen sink, but otherwise it didn't ruin our holiday. Would definitely stay here again.

We liked this area and had been before with a pet. We got V basically the same room as in the past , however initially had been given a room that was unacceptable and was misrepresented on the Expedia site. Front desk gave us option of 2 other rooms which were supposedly same classification but appeared better. Front desk was exceptional in service.

Old, Musty, and Unbearable – Not Worth the price

I recently stayed at Hidden Ridge for an overpriced room was old, musty, and had a horrible, persistent odor. It was impossible to relax or sleep comfortably. For the price, I expected a clean and pleasant environment, but this was far from it. The room was not worth it in any way, and I’m extremely disappointed. This place needs a huge renovation and then ask for this price.

I love this property! The view from the Hot tub is extraordinary. Just be aware that when you book a loft with another room underneath you may be too loud for them. This was the case because we got a noise complaint before quiet time. We were visiting each other in our loft and having a good laugh, nothing extreme. But besides that we had an amazing time. We all enjoyed it.

Ok

Rooms were ok, it was nice having a kitchen however it wasn’t the cleanest. Brought bagels but didn’t dare use the toaster. Room was clean for the most part put could use a good deep clean, walls and ceiling were pretty gross. Left tubing the 2nd day and came home to see our door wide open. Talked to front desk and they didn’t really have much to say. Maintenance blamed us saying we had the do not disturb sign on our door (we took it off when we left) but somehow our garbages were emptied and towels magically appeared even though they claim they were not in our room. Pool could use a cleaning, cigarette butts and garbage were floating in the water.
