"This property had a wonderful, well maintained pool/hot tub and great restaurant. Front desk staff were attentive. The roof was really clean and nice. I loved the filtered water with a coconut finish you could refill water bottles in. My balcony was also nice. Highly recommend!"

"The historic part which is where we stayed was very quaint but for today’s needs there are no usb type connections for devices and the older wiring was a bit dicey to use cables for power to our phones. We should have had the plug in adapter and it’s a fair chance it was my charger that wasn’t charging but I think the older wiring may have contributed. It’s a historic building ! What do you expect ? The room was in the smaller side but again historical building is not what we are used to. Just the same it was a lovely place to stay and convenient for location in terms of getting to the sites. Only down side is no parking but you can unload and go to the public parking lot and uber. Otherwise it’s 1 hour parking 9-6."

"This location has been our go to place to stay in Carpinteria (for at least 9 yrs). The staff has always been extremely nice and the grounds and rooms always clean and well maintained. This location is walking distance to so many places in Carp. We can’t wait to come back!"

"We booked a night here last minute to start our trip a day sooner and couldn’t get into our original hotel. I did enjoy it was close to outlets since we planned on doing shopping, parking was free, we could pay $15 to check in at 2 and it was a very spacious room with typical amenities including a sink in the little kitchen area. Our only complaint was the people above us playing loud music at midnight for an hour and little kids yelling at each other and sometimes crying until 3 am. I did text the number back (twice) from initial check in about the noise and finally had to call the front desk at 3. Also, when we first arrived we tried to get ice at the vending machine in our building and it wasn’t working but I’m sure that has more to do with people filling up ice chests."
