"This is our second time staying at this property room was clean staff was nice it was a good stay. I just want to let you know that they are renovating so some floors looks like they are renovating. They clean the room everyday so if you don’t want your room to be cleaned please put the no disturb sign. Overall great stay I will be going back. "

"From the moment we walked into the room, it was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. The carpet was visibly gritty and clearly hadn't been vacuumed in quite some time. To make matters worse, upon pulling back the sheets, I found several stray hairs on the bed, which is absolutely revolting. The bathroom was just as disappointing. The shower didn't work properly, with inconsistent water pressure and temperature that made it nearly impossible to use. The entire room felt "grimy." Surfaces were dusty, and the general lack of upkeep was evident everywhere I looked. I expected a basic, clean room for the night, but this fell far below even the most modest standards. I will not be staying here again and would recommend looking elsewhere if you value a sanitary environment."

"Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel is a comfortable walking distance from everything downtown. Lots of restaurants close by. Staff were lovely. Parking costs were atrocious, however that's a consequence of being in a hotel downtown."

"Some things looked shabby and some hall floors were dirty. In the breakfast room, the floors were not swept daily. The curtains in my room were torn. My little coffee pot didn’t work but I was able to access hot water for my tea from the water dispensers downstairs in the hallway, which was not always easy while I was caring for my grandson."
