Friendly staff, spacious clean rooms

Pricey, but that’s probably expected considering its summer and the limited accommodation options around Jasper National Park. Great that there was 24/h staff in the lobby; they were also super friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast, but relatively decent.

Excellent stay!

Christine worked her magic and found us a room when Hotels.com neglected to let the hotel know of our booking almost a year prior. Our suite was perfect for our family stay, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay there again if ever in the area.

This property was great. It is lovely and quiet, and there are a couple of great dining options within a couple of minutes walk. The staff are lovely and breakfast was great!

The room key given to us upon check in didn’t work. We had to go back to reception after a long tiring day to get another room key only to find that the toilet had been clogged. When asked to change the room, I was told by the concierge that it wasn’t a big deal and he can unclog it. I requested to change the room for hygiene standards and was met with poor customer service. Not going back.

Nice clean facility friendly staff only problem we had was we were in bed trying to sleep and the East Indians I think that's what there called we're out in the hall way talking loud in there language loud also our room was beside the elevator so we had to listen to them talk loud when they were at elevator lots of noise then in morning they stand in groups at breakfast buffet talking and in the way nice people but no consideration seems like for others at buffet
