This might have been one of worst motel/hotels Ive ever stayed. My girlfriend and I spent a couple of days before going on a vacation in Jasper last September. It looked the floor hadn't been washed completely and I wiped it a couple of times and black hair, and rust appeared on towel. The back entrance hadnt been cleaned. The bedsheets had blood stains on them. Just a gross experience. The continental breakfast was ok, the muffins were old. The lady in the front didnt seem to care. This place is not worth your money!!!

The front desk was pleasent, I couldn't pay the way I wanted though as there credit card machine wouldn't turn on. The room looked good from a distance until u started looking around the bed skirt had huge Stains the room want really clean like u expect. Black hair allover both beds. The closet for was broken, room was like bandaid fixed not full repair. Door frame looks like door was locked in once before so it didn't seem like it was too safe. We left a day early.

The room needs some TLC. Same with the outside. The stairs didnt feel all that sturdy at times. Also the front staff gave no info about breakfast, ice machines or anything really. But the room was quite large so thats a plus.

Room was freezing when we got into it, 56F and heater in off mode. Took a good hour plus to warm up the room. Tub wouldn’t drain while showering. Cable box was unplugged and had to wait to boot up. No mat at room door for winter boots (snow right outside door) with vinyl plank floor (had to use bath towel for wet boots)
