Friendly staff, no room service or fresh towels daily, if you wanted trash bags or towels you had to call and request them then later go to the front desk to pick them up. Had to leave trash and dirty towels outside your door all day until they picked up. Room was dirty, sofa bed was broken and stains all over the mattress it looked like a murder scene and urine stains all over it. The frame of the bed was broken. Stains all over the sofa cushions that I don't even want to know what it was. Did not complain to staff or management due to fearing being kicked out of the hotel without another place to stay since we were in town for a big event and options were very limited. Rooms were very expensive average of 358.00 per night which was way over priced for the outdated mess it was in. Saw families that looked like they live there on a weekly basis or maybe work for the hotel and able to exchange rooms for services. Never once saw a cleaning cart through the entire stay.

We are sorry that our current standards was below average during your stay. Sorry to hear of the overall cleaning prior to your arrival was not to standard. We would have been happy to done what we could is known about the issues during your stay. Currently we don't do everyday housekeeping service based on 3 to 4 days schedule 24hr prior which we do have the information hanging in each guest room. Anytime, traveling in the future stay if run across any room issues please allow us to fix it first that is our job here at the Residence Inn.

I have been on the road for a month now staying in hotels. Not by choice but by circumstances. This hotel was so disappointing. The staff needs training in customer service. The bathtub was not clean. Some of the dishes were not clean. They only had 2 glasses. It was not stated ahead of time that they are only doing Grab and go breakfasts. This was the first hotel I have stayed at in 4 weeks that didn’t have a hot breakfast including other Marriotts. Would not stay again.

The shower at the pool area was broken so we could not shower before entering the pool and hot tub. The room was dusty on the rungs of the dining chairs and in the bathroom the lower tiles were also dusty. We had to bring our dirty towels to the desk and get clean towels. We paid $375.00 for 2 night plus the hotel charged us a $40.00 fee twice on our credit card. We do not know what this $80.00 was for but when we find out, we are hoping they will take at least one of those $40.00 charges off our credit card. This really made us upset. We were disappointed with our stay although the staff were very pleasant and helpful under the circumstances, not complete room service and scaled down breakfast due to pandemic restrictions. We expect more from Marriott properties in the future!!!
