"First time here, but not the last. Really Enjoyed the stay, the self access check in and check out system. Everything was walkable, clubs to coffee shops. I visit often and will be back. "

"we loved the location, cleanliness, and the ability to street park for minimal cost. It was very loud both nights (a Saturday and a Sunday) from nearby Sixth Street music, we assumed. The only compliant was that we were there when one of the two elevators was down, and that was rough. VERY long waits for an elevator and often had to go all the way up/down before getting to your floor. BUT obviously one elevator was better than an accident on a faulty elevator. Just frustrating."

"great hotel, very clean and no smell at all, even better than some of the 4star Hilton and Hyatt, only down side was there's only one entrance for the property and the service road is jammed pretty bad during rush hours so you could stuck on the service road for 15minutes+, should have opened a side entrance from the side that would be much better."

"My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at this estate in Austin during Memorial Day weekend. Five adults and three preteen children were very comfortable there. Beautiful pool, with a gas bbq perfect for grilling dinner while the children swam. Nice and quiet location, which looked and felt as through we were in the Hollywood Hills. Gracious host, whom was extremely attentive and provided fantastic recommendations for activities, restaurants, etc. Five star experience! "

"This is a very convenient and comfortable property. Breakfast buffet was basic but good, at least for me: protein yogurt, huevos con chorizo, fruit including strawberries, bread and breakfast pastries, coffee, milk, good raisin bran, bacon. The only negative was that the front desk was unmanned when we showed up around 7:15pm to check in and we had to wait 5 minutes for a clerk to show up."
