The manager of the property canceled my reservation I showed up at 2:40 and wanted to check in he wouldn't let me I hopped out the door he ran out the door chasing me and canceled my reservation I also bought insurance on that reservation and I'm mad as hell about it

I never stayed at that horrible hotel 1 room was dirty fool of food. Next one smelled like marihuana and was full of roaches. I tried to cancel and was unable to get anyone from the hotel or travelocity to help me so I had to pick up my stuff and drive back home weekend ruined.

It’s a bed nothing else. If you are just looking to sleep and watch hotel tv ... it’s the perfect place, if you are looking for more try something else.

For a price of $78 each a night I expected more. When I opened the doors to the two rooms the smell of mold and mildew was so strong I could barely breathe. I have asthma and am on a breathing machine. My treatments didn’t help. The floors and rooms were filthy. They were bugs crawling on the bed. I literally bought roach and bed bug sprays because the condition of the rooms were so awful. The air conditioner was missing parts and worked only at 64 degrees. The stove didn’t work. The rooms were in deplorable condition. Molding coming off of walls etc. I would NOT recommend place at all. Family and friends came in from out of state to help celebrate my birthday. This is the hotel I found and was sorely disappointed that I forced them into having to stay there. I will not be using them again.

Staff was nice but the first room we got had a dirty toilet seat and the room smelled terrible. The second room was much better, but shelves not clean and there were bugs on refrigerator door brackets.

Refrigerator made noise consistently. TV had no signal when we arrived. There wasn't enough towels for the both of us. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work.. No utensils or cookware for the kitchen. The microwave was old and distinguishing. We had to kill bugs. Both the outside and inside of the hotel was very dirty. Very Very unhappy. I have stayed at other hotels with kitchens and was very happy. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
