Great location but not very clean
The location is amazing. It has a nice pool area. Several issues with this property: the parking only accommodates 1 car, which is crazy since the property says it can host up to 12 people. We spoke to one lady from the rental place and she offered for our cars to be parked down the street, which was annoying, but it was a solution at least. The other issue was that there was blood on the “clean” sheets, several pillows and the couch downstairs. Super gross. The downstairs fridge was also dirty. Also upon arrival, the laundry room had wet towels in a laundry basket and towels in the dryer. The vacuum was also left out in plain site. On the third floor balcony, there was this gross flower pot thing full of garbage, not to mention the garbage left out on the main floor patio. You can’t get to the main-top lookout as that door was locked. I do appreciate American Rental trying to help the best that they can but I won’t rent this property again. It was too dirty
