Great Spot

My wife and I were looking for a place with an ocean view and this place had a great balcony with a view that didn't disappoint, plus super easy access to the beach. We really enjoyed our time here and took full advantage of the beach amenities available. Great Spot for a single couple or up to four people.

Condo was very nice and clean. Disappointed with pool and hot tub. Property list heated pool and it was so cold the first week we couldn't get in it. Then finally they heated it starting the second week but mistakenly drained the pool so lost two more days. But, the last two days we were there the pool was great. Our host was very nice and helpful. We have another two weeks scheduled September 2025.

Going cheap

The property was very nice. However the listing is kind of deceiving. It looks close or just above the ground level but is on the 3rd floor. The toilet paper, paper towels and the kitchen utensils were no very good when you are trying to save money and cook for family. We had to buy good toilet paper, paper towels. Its not the money its the fact that spent over 2K for the week for the owner to go cheepo........

Good for rocket launches!

Nice location and plenty of room for 4 people. The layout is odd like the design was not thought through very well but it worked. We had trouble with water pressure during our stay. Could not flush the potty and use a faucet. One day the water just stopped working.

Perfect location for rocket launch

Had a wonderful 10 night stay. Watched 2 rocket launches just steps from our condo. Short drive to the port to watch cruise ships come and go and enjoy several restaurants. Nice size patio to enjoy meals and read a book. Would stay here again.

Quiet Spot!

We loved how this property overall was tucked away and not bothered by the hustle of the main roads. Easy to get to everyone and even use DoorDash! Quick and easy walk to the beach. The condo was great and well equipped for everything we had planned! Definitely recommend.
