Room was very clean, excellent food, drinks good, spa was very good. Our buttlers Alan and Carlos were the best, very attentive and friendly. One of the best experiences celebrating our anniversary.

By far my favorite resort in Cancun. Had the best time. Food was pretty good for resort food. Diamond club is definitely worth the upgrade. Jancito at the hideaway pool was probably my favorite person. Everyone is super friendly and super helpful. The amenities and amount of things to do on the property are pretty great!

I had such an amazing time at Royalton Riviera! The only things that I think could be improved are the waiting times when ordering room service, and the dinner food at the buffet was not good. Besides that, the staff are extremely friendly and the property is very clean and beautiful
