The experience at this resort was UNREAL! I am at a loss for words. Beach & beach service = PERFECT! I highly recommend upgrading to Excellence Club if possible and getting the Swim up Suite. Each restaurant was great, especially lobster house. The staff was outstanding and super kind, they appreciate your tips and kind words. I would absolutely return and recommend this to anyone. The ONLY and I mean ONLY complaint I can think of is long waits at restaurants BUT it was only at 2 out of the 4 we went to, and it was PACKED... this is pretty par for the course at these all inclusive's, but you need to just go early!

This resort has a breakfast buffet, but all other meals are supplied through the "restaurant experience" which can take up to 1.5 hours. There should be a 24/7 buffet available just like most resorts, and if you can't get people in and out in under 45 minutes you are doing it wrong. The bar tenders do a good job and are eager to please. However they are over worked. Most resorts have slushy machines of the most common drinks. Here every drink is mix by hand in blenders. Most of the staff is excellent, and the mobile app was very helpful. Overall Food: above average, slightly Entertainment (the 3 shows we saw, because of long dinners): below average Staff: above average Room: above average Facilities: Average A delayed flight caused our stay to be offset by 24 hours. I called the resort and asked them if they would shift our reservations by a day, adding a day to the end, or a partial refund for the first day. I was immediately denied, and was told to do another booking to add the day at cost. I didn't expect they would care I don't hold it against them, but if they had tried to work with me they would definitely stood out. I could at least say this resort goes above and beyond. We will not stay here again, the cost to stay here is at a premium, for slightly above average experience. The "restaurant experience" requirement for lunch and dinner is absurd. All in all you could probably find a similar experience in Cancun at a better price.

⸻ The staff were amazing, the resort was beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious. My only disappointment was the daytime entertainment. There was often no music by the main pool, and when there was, the sound system either wasn’t working or the volume was too low, with little variety in the playlist. Since we spent most of our time by the pool, it would have been great to have more engaging entertainment and activities throughout the day. Unfortunately, the lack of music and poolside events made that area feel a bit dull at times.

Service was very average. Sometimes at dinner the server made you feel like a burden for just normal requests. Room service was terrible that is if they remember to bring it to you at all and if they do it can take up to an hour. The pools were starting to show their age with lime scale cracking paint and broken tiles. Rooms were also starting to show heavy signs of wear. Overall I’d say it was a 2/5 won’t come back.
