Having meticulously researched hotels based on crucial factors like beach quality, property size, age, and airport proximity, I can confidently say that Beloved surpassed all expectations. I was pleasantly blown away by the pristine beach; it is undeniably beautiful, with minimal seaweed, thanks to the resort's diligent efforts to clear the sand. Pictures do not do it justice. On property size, I typically gravitate towards more intimate, boutique-style hotels. With just over 100 rooms, this resort perfectly fit my preference, offering a sense of exclusivity and personalized service without feeling overcrowded. While the age of the property was initially a minor concern given availability of newer hotels; this concern was quickly alleviated upon arrival. The grounds are immaculate and the overall property is well-maintained. Final consideration, the proximity to the airport, in order to maximize time at the resort. Beloved is conveniently located, offering an easy and quick ride from the airport. Although the reviews forewarned us, the resort was far more peaceful and tranquil than expected. However, it proved to be exactly what we needed for a truly relaxing getaway. Also take note of airport transfer during the booking process, as it is included with the selection of the penthouse room. Beloved uses Seasons Transfers. All in all, Beloved did not disappoint! Benito, Fabiola and Denisse, along with many others, provided great service for an unforgettable stay.

Relaxing couple getaway

We stayed here four nights on our honeymoon i none of the casitas. All I can say is... wow. I don't think I've ever been so relaxed. There was always space beside the pool or on the beach. No fighting peopel for lounge chairs. This is not a party resort. It's a great place to just enjoy yourself in relative peace and tranquility. Great variety and quality of food. We had dinner at a different place every night (4 nights). Tacos in the afternoon... The service and all the people working here are so lovely. In particular, Brian at Le Bisoux, Russel at El Mar & 'Big Ben' Benicio helping us with everything else. Highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely be back.

Service was amazing, food was great, and location was beautiful. The vibe here is very chill, VERY chill. Like no music at the pool, crafts by the beach, no party, single instrument nightly entertainment, lights out at 10pm kinda chill. If you want any sort of party vibe, even for part of the day, this is not the resort for you. If you are not in your twenties or going with a friend, and just want to eat delicious tacos, drink great drinks, and have quiet and relaxation than this is the resort for you!

If you want a quiet getaway where staff will really take care of you and you have access to everything the property has to offer without additional chrges, Beloved might be for you. The food was above average (my wife is picky but loved every meal) and the staff was exceptional. Definitely would return.

We had our flight get canceled due to weather. The resort was not understanding and we lost 2 nights they wouldn’t even give us a discount I had to pay for 2 more nights. Once we got into our room the power kept going out in the room and everything would shut off. We had a nice room with the private pool. They had to come and look at it 2 times for us, the outside patio door broke off in our room and they had to come fix it. They fixed it and then the bottom latch did not line up for the door to lock. During our time there one of the nights at the steak restaurant the waiter was very rude to my wife. He eventually stopped talking to her and I had to say something. We were trying hard to not let all these things ruin the experience. The following night at another one of the restaurant my wife ordered the chicken and it was bright pink in the middle. We had the waiter come see and he was shocked they were very good with apologizing and bringing her a new meal asap! At that moment the manger from the restaurant came out and told us that he was going to make sure moving forward anywhere we ate they would make sure we would be taken care of. He did follow through with that and the rest of our time there we had no issues with the food.Out of the restaurants they had the best thing was the taco truck and the beach food! The best part of the entire stay was the waiter at the Beach. Fernando was absolutely great and wonderful if it wasn’t for him I think we would have left early.

Boutique style hotel that pampers and caters to your every need. Secluded area that is perfect for anyone that doesn’t want all the hustle and bustle of a big hotel, kids everywhere, and loud music blaring. Peaceful and relaxing. The food was amazing. So relaxing, quiet, idyllic. We loved the experience. Quiet beach, everything is included so we would just go to the ice cream/coffee shop every couple of hours, like in a story book. We had incredibly high quality breakfast and dinner daily, classy live music at night, the whole resort wasn't too big and was enclosed, isolated from other resorts, and so quiet, and the landscaping was a main focus and was incredible...we loved the different plants and foliage, it was like being in a botanical garden. We loved to walk around and chat and just enjoy each others' company. We are 33 and 39 and most couples there were in their 40s-60s. Everyone seemed in love and enjoying each others' company. Many shimmering swimming pools as well. The AC wasn't working very well in the rooms, it was cold enough but the humidity wasn't being very well controlled. This wasn't a significant issue when compared to the rest of the ideal experience we had. We definitely want to return to this exact resort within the next year.
