Having meticulously researched hotels based on crucial factors like beach quality, property size, age, and airport proximity, I can confidently say that Beloved surpassed all expectations. I was pleasantly blown away by the pristine beach; it is undeniably beautiful, with minimal seaweed, thanks to the resort's diligent efforts to clear the sand. Pictures do not do it justice. On property size, I typically gravitate towards more intimate, boutique-style hotels. With just over 100 rooms, this resort perfectly fit my preference, offering a sense of exclusivity and personalized service without feeling overcrowded. While the age of the property was initially a minor concern given availability of newer hotels; this concern was quickly alleviated upon arrival. The grounds are immaculate and the overall property is well-maintained. Final consideration, the proximity to the airport, in order to maximize time at the resort. Beloved is conveniently located, offering an easy and quick ride from the airport. Although the reviews forewarned us, the resort was far more peaceful and tranquil than expected. However, it proved to be exactly what we needed for a truly relaxing getaway. Also take note of airport transfer during the booking process, as it is included with the selection of the penthouse room. Beloved uses Seasons Transfers. All in all, Beloved did not disappoint! Benito, Fabiola and Denisse, along with many others, provided great service for an unforgettable stay.

Joceline, Ramón, Cirilo, Alexys y otros tantos trabajadores en el restaurante Francés nos hicieron sentir muy especiales. También el personal del spa: Gustavo y Adela, se portaron increíbles, amables y amigables. El personal del front desk, siempre ayudando en cualquier dudad. Las señoritas encargadas de las habitaciones, excelente servicio, muy agradecidos por sus esfuerzos. Absolutely loved our stay! From arriving we were greeted by the wonderful staff and Fernanda made our check in easy and enjoyable. Her positive attitude and enthusiasm along with her smile made it so welcoming. Our Junior suite was spacious, cozy, and full of amenities. Everything from a fully stocked refrigerator with sodas, water, beers and snacks to extra pillows and blankets, to house slippers, robes, beach bag, and even an umbrella for a rainy outing. The atmosphere at this boutique resort is quiet and relaxing, the beach is awesome and plenty of lounge spaces unlike the bigger resorts. Food was phenomenal and a large variety of food options available at all times. We enjoyed the lobby bar every evening and Juanito and Gilberto were great and even remembered our names and drink orders from our first night there. Definitely a more intimate experience and personalized service. We enjoyed our time at the beach and Luis and Benito made sure we had drinks, food, and clean towels at all times. We would end our day with some time at the pool and enjoyed drinks at the swim up bar with Abner, who was great with keeping our drinks full and also recommending some specialty drinks. The spa is a MUST when staying here, beginning with our complimentary hydrotherapy massage to us booking a couples 75 minute “beloved” massage. So relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommend this smaller boutique resort and you will definitely not be disappointed!

We were looking so forward to our trip, but were unable to fly out due to an ice storm in our home city. We were working with a third party travel agent, and we rebooked for June. American airlines were absolutely great in refunding our flights and rebooking for us...however we are SO disappointed that Beloved would not work with us AT ALL. I understand a no refund policy, but we are not asking for our money back, we are just wanting to rebook. This is very bad customer service to not even post half of our previous payment toward the new travel dates. We now have to pay for 5 days that we were not even able to travel, PLUS a new trip we booked in June. We have traveled a lot, and have never had this kind of VERY POOR customer service for paying customers. Now I am not even very excited to travel there in June after this very disappointing experience.

The property was beautiful and well kept. The ocean was beautiful with lounge chairs readily available. The service was impeccable. Every person made our experience special. All the personnel were attentive to our needs. Our room had everything we needed and was spacious. The food was well thought out and tasty. We made it our morning rounds to get lattes. The gym was very well equipped. Night time entertainment was lacking some but we were there mainly to relax.
