"Beautiful clean hotel with excellent staff! I would definitely stay again. Beautiful views of the Canadian and US falls from my room and the restaurant. Definitely worth it! Only a few things that need improvement. I wished the pool was open much earlier during the week, and not just on the weekends, so I missed out on a swim. :( Also the hair conditioner and bath gel containers in my bathroom were empty. They should be filled regularly. That aside, overall a great stay!"

"Stayed here recently and unfortunately the experience didn’t match expectations. We arrived late around 3am and were given two rooms… one directly beside the elevator with constant noise, and the other had a toilet making loud sounds throughout the night. Between the two rooms, neither of us were able to get proper sleep. We raised the issue with the hotel in the morning and were advised to contact Expedia, which didn’t feel like much ownership on the hotel’s side. The location is great and the property itself has potential, but room quality and noise control need serious attention. After a long day of travel, a good night’s sleep is the bare minimum… and unfortunately that wasn’t the case here."

"The entire experience was wonderful. The front desk staff, Leslie and Karen, absolutely two of the best people to work with and they both truly made sure our stay was accommodating and professional 10/10. Denise, Raegan and Paulette in the fields restaurant were amazing servers thank you so much. Darryl, Zac, Sam, Jack at the Boston pizza were also incredible guys thank you so much. Savanah and Neha at the waterpark concession; amazing. Sav was absolutely fantastic at her job and always made sure her customers were well looked after. Denise & Darryl are two servers who stood out impeccably during our stay and while we had sit down meals with our children. Leslie & Karen: thank you so much for being so professional and accommodating. The hotel is clean, spacious and a heck of a lot of fun for all ages. We’ve been twice now, memorable faces mentioned above, we will be back!!!! "
