Very charming old ranch house in Camp Verde AZ. Two bedrooms and two baths. Sleeper sofa and futon. On the front veranda you can set a spell and watch the grass grow. Wide open back patio with bar-b-que, smoker and fire pit - perfect place to talk about the day's adventures with your favorite libation. Games, books and magazines - Take time to relax. With the barn and pasture, you can bring your horses. Nearby trails. Roping arena just up the road. And there is soooo much to do nearby!

Country House

Nice location, accessible to Payson, Sedona, Jerome, Grand Canyon. Spacious. Had all the things we needed. Well supplied kitchen and comfy beds. Good wifi. Enjoyed our stay greatly.

Needs some TLC

We had to wash dishes prior to use due to finding food on them. Outside area overgrown and not very tidy. Very slippery shower that put one of us in ER. Pictures on line are different then what you will experience once you are there. Food left in fridge that was just nasty. Supposedly for people to use but a lot was expired. Would have been happier with it being cleaned out.
