"This hotel was perfect and great location. We pulled up and everything was tucked away instantly including our car. Staff is very friendly and clean lovely rooms. You can walk all over town easily. We had a gala so we didn’t get to try their restaurants but we plan to next time around. I highly recommend your next stay in Boise to be at the Avery! "

"They advertise a restaurant on site but do not say it is only for dinner. There was only coffee in the lobby for breakfast. I had twice requested early check in due to a medical condition and they refused to give it to me until I kept complaining. And their normal check in is not until 4. The front desk staff were not very helpful or sympathetic."

"We’ve traveled 4 years with a National Broadway Tour and this has been one of our favorite places to stay. We wish we could take it along to the next city! Just as described with easy ample parking just outside the bedroom window. Walking the neighborhood is wonderful with the park and too many places to eat. However, the big, beautiful kitchen with quality cookware kept us eating in more than out. Another way this place saved us money over a hotel. Great friendly hosts too! "

"Excellent hotel except for the noise. There's an alley behind it with dumpsters that get LOUDLY emptied every night at 3-5am. Lasts 20-30 minutes each time. Then on weekends, the bar behind the hotel plays loud music with the back door open, tons of screaming teenagers in the alley all weekend. I stayed there for a week. Very convenient location and amazing beds, but the noise was unbearable."
