Nicely decorated and newly furnished! This home is conveniently located 2 blocks to Lake Cadillac and a short walk to Lake Front Park and Boat Launch. This beautiful area has children's playground, swimming. fishing and walking tails.
Downtown district is less than 1 mile away with shopping, restaurants, bars and a movie theater for your enjoyment. The house is fully equipped with a full sized kitchen and a washer and dryer for guest use. Off street parking with driveway for a boat and trailer.

This home sleeps 6 comfortably with 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a queen size sofa sleeper with a La-Z-Boy slumber air mattress. Very clean one large bath with one sink vanity and tub/shower. All new bed linens and bath towels are provided. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room. AC unit, internet, fire pit and barbecue grill provided. This home is smoke free and no pets allowed.

A wonderful house close to Lake Cadillac
I can't say enough good things about our stay! The house was pristinely clean, the cleanest property we've ever stayed at by far. The owner was a wonderful host: easy to contact, responsive with questions, and very kind. The house was very beautifully updated and stocked with every necessity. Check in and check out were very simple. It was also super close to the lake within an easy walk. We were able to spend a lot of time at the park and swimming. We had a blast and would stay again!

What a great place!
Traveling to “Up North” to celebrate the 4th with family, and found this adorable place. Recently updated, clean, host was so friendly. We had such a great time! We took a walk down the street, and then along the lake front. It was close enough to the city that we could have explored more, on foot. Though we didn’t spend a lot of time in the house, we spent it mostly around the kitchen island. So cozy. Thank you Deborah, for such a great place to stay! We loved it!

Last Minute Family Ski Weekend
The place was great. Kids loved the snacks! It was quaint, cozy, quiet and convenient! Stayed two nights to check out Caberfae and explore Cadillac. Loved the proximity to downtown and walking path.

Great place to stay
Close location for our Caberfae trip and near downtown for dinner options. The place was well stocked with snacks and games to round our evenings. Plenty of spac for two couples at a better value than getting two hotel rooms.
