This property is beautiful and everything we wanted in a rental. However, as we were arriving, we received a phone call from the host saying they no longer rent this property that we had already paid for. They were accommodating and agreed to clean the place for our arrival the next day. During the stay, communication was difficult. They said they would refund us for the night that we lost, but have not done so. VRBO has been unable to assist in the refund as well.

Gem outside of Dallas

We had a great stay in a clean, well set up, and beautiful property. The houses are well done, and the event space looked great even though we didn't use it. I-30 makes getting into many of the best parts of Dallas easy, but you're in a rural setting where you can enjoy some breathing room. And bring your fishing pole, the pond has some great ones and is beautiful to hang out at either way.
