Austere. But acceptable for the price except the bed. Possibly the worst bed I've every slept on. Well, actually I didn't sleep on it, I put the mattress on the floor because it would have been awful to lay on it on the metal platform. The platform sagged in the four quadrants and had metal bars across the middle from side to side and head to foot. Unbelievable that they would expect anyone to sleep on it. If they replace those platforms then I could recommend it.

Rude staff. I was not able to check in. Travelocity/ Expedia charged my card and I did not have a room secured.

It had a really bad odor from the time I walked in and there was hair in the bathtub. It looked clean in the kitchen but it didn’t smell clean. It kind of had a mildew smell.

Checking in

Pros: Room was clean
Cons: This is supposed to be an extended stay but you have to provide you own cooking utensils or buy theirs. Was not planningon using any but was surprised
I had a credit card reserved room. When I got to the hotel it was after 9 pm. The check-in window was closed so I picked up the phone and dialed the number listed for after hours check-in. I was told he was doing his audit and he was not checking anyone in for 30 minutes. If it were not so late and my cell phone battery dead I would have told him to forget. I will not stay at one of their properties again.
