Waited several minutes for someone to come to the front desk when trying to check in. There was no soap at the bathroom sink. The AC wasn’t turned on and the room was hot. Towels were limited.

Great stay

The hotel was great. Even offered corn hole, a pool table and other fun activities in the lobby. The location close to the Harbor is fun, too. They offer 24 hour market with plates and cups and plastic silver. Only two small downsides were the lack luster breakfast (My kids said NEVER eat the pancakes unless you like rubber.) and cups were not standard in the room for water. (Had to go to the front desk for some.

Need to pick it up

Why is it the pool is always closed? We complained about our shower leaking and nothing was done about it. We had to put down many towels. The young man at the desk couldn't have been more unfriendly. He needs to be talked to. The sign literally says that y'all are supposed to smile and make it the best stay possible. Well, it wasn't. We were there for three nights too. Tru is too bare bones!
