The room was dingy with cobwebs and the smell of despair. The tv did not work. A smoke detector was missing. The safety latch on the door (the only lock) was twisted and barely attached from someone previously kicking the door in.
We booked a handicapped accessible room because it is advertised on their website and it was not accessible at all. No ramp and the curb is so tall that my disabled friend had to get out of his chair and wrestle with it.
The bathroom door was too narrow to fit a wheelchair and even if a wheelchair could get thru, the shower doors were too narrow to fit one.
We told the front desk and asked for a suitable room and they said "No, this is the good one". There are only 2 wheelchair ramps on the whole building and they are at the back out of view. I specifically asked if we could have one of those rooms or one near and was told they were not available.
Staff seemed annoyed by my presence and was unable to print a receipt.
This place officially makes it into my top 5 of WORST HOTEL ROOMS I've ever stayed in over my entire life.
