So very sad to continue to watch a beloved place to me just rot away. A comfortable clean room and good hospitality is sadly a thing of the past. No valet service or bellhops to be found, room had spiderwebs, dirty comforters that seemed like wadded up sheets , lumpy pillows , cracked and missing bathroom tile grout, old small TV, mini fridge inoperable. During our stay it started raining and water came pouring in throughout the casino as a matter of fact our dinner plans were cancelled because the restaurant had a few inches of water on the floor. Best wishes as I would really love to see this town bounce back but it's going take a miracle

Everything was great the only thing that bothered me is the front desk does not read the notes on your reservation. We got 2 rooms and asked to be on the same floor. When she gave us our keys she told us the hotel is very limited and thats the best they can do.

The walls were very thin and heard people running up and down the halls all night. The wallpaper was peeling, carpet could use a good cleaning, and the shower a remodel. Wasn’t terrible but also expected a little nicer for a casino hotel. Felt safe, the bedding was clean, and the staff friendly at least.

We liked Bubba Gumps and Saltgrass steak house. We are pissed we had to ask 3 times to fix the air conditioning we were never below 72 or 73 degrees, the plug in the bathroom was unuseable and stayed that way when we asked to fix it, second day the elevator broke and stayed that way. The internet was awful and really hard to get on if it worked at all. It would have been nice to have a notice that the casnio was all smoking. Myself and my husband are allergic and had to go and get mask to make it through the casino to get to dinner. Then on the next to last day we noticed the headboard was torn. We did not do that and should not be charged for it. Last of all was that 1 night a dog barked all night long. In my opinion we should get half of our money back, if not all of it. I was so disappointed due to the brand of hotel that you are.

bed room blanked where dirty with stain, bathroom dirty and lot of hair sticky to the ceramic side's, pool is so little thats cause water to get terrible hot, main elevator'S stop working a while we there 2 days later check out and still not fix, terrible experience. Front desk answer nothing we can do. ??????

They definitely have to have more ballet drywall’s at disposal on main day check-in being Friday at 4 o’clock. They should have at least four ballet drivers on staff two is just not enough.. other than that I fully enjoyed my stay!!!
