"The hotel is situated in close proximity to theaters, the staff so helpful in navigating to places. Safety is top priority when entering the guest room elevators. We had an air conditioner issue that was resolved immediately with a on site engineer. We will visit again."

Joe at the front desk was amazing he saw a long line to check in and he immediately help everyone to pre check and guided us where to take our bags until the room was ready. Joe he is so nice and helpful he goes above and beyond with anything you need go ask Joe. Got a text message that room was ready for us before there actual check in time. Gesenia at the front desk checked us in when we got back from exploring the city. Gesenia was amazing she tells me what floor we would going to be and I asked if it was possible for a lower floor? And OMG!!! She looked and managed to give us a beautiful city view room was perfect location. She was so friendly nice I’ve honestly never been to such a friendly hotel like I’ve been. Row NYC will be my go to hotel. Best location in Times Square."
