Welcome to your home away from home. 2nd floor condo (not handicap accessible) 2BR/2B, (1 BR with 2 twins that can be converted to a split king, 1 BR with a Queen and a twin bed, LR has pull out couch), full kitchen, amazing pond views from private balcony. On-site amenities including 2 heated pools and jacuzzis, tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, ping pong/pool tables, gas BBQ, free high speed Wi-Fi. We are non smoking and no pets permitted. 6 miles to AMI as well as IMG. Free beach parking.

Enjoy all of the on-site amenities including 2 shared heated pools/jacuzzis, tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, shared ping-pong/pool table, gas BBQ. Passes for all amenities free for guests. (A $20 fee for loss of pass). Free high speed wifi, spectrum TV or bring your own passwords to other TV streaming services. Free parking for 1 vehicle. No assigned parking spots. No motorcycles, box trucks or RV's permitted.

Beach towels, chairs and umbrella available in condo for your use.

All linens supplied which includes bedding, 1 set of towels (bath towel and washcloths) per guest. Coffee/tea and paper towels/toilet paper provided for the first night then it is the guests responsibility after.

Walking distance to Publix grocery store, restaurants, bowling, & cinema.
World renowned Anna Maria Island is just over 6 miles away.

Great property, everything was there that we needed. The location was central to beaches, restaurants, Spring training, and Pirate City! Beautiful area.

Nice condo

My husband, 1 year and myself enjoyed our evenings here. The condo was quiet and close to everything we needed. We were in town visiting family, so werent able to use the awesome amenities listed. Thank you for the great stay!!
