May 2025 - Family Vacation

Our group of 11 stayed in the house. The house was clean and well equipped. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items. The spa never worked during our stay. We notified AMI Locals on Monday, and they told us daily someone would be coming to fix it. They never came. There is a ton of construction/repair/rebuilding going on in the neighborhood as expected. I am sure it will continue over the next year. The house is 1 block from the beach, and 1 block from the bay. Most businesses in the area are reopened. I highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around. Fun and much easier to find parking. We love the Anna Maria Island area and are glad to see it coming back strong.I am giving Vista Azul 4.5 stars because the spa didn't work all week, and I felt like AMI Locals led me on about fixing it.

Family Get Away

This property was perfect for our large family gathering. Each family had their own en suite. The home was extremely clean and well maintained. While the cost was steep and a strict no refund policy concerning (even in an act of God) we were all comfortable and happy with the accommodations. The description was accurate for the most part. It was difficult fitting six families with babies into four cars. Luckily, in addition to the driveway there were two additional parking places on the street dedicated to the unit. The pool and hot tub was wonderful and the walk to the beach short. We would book this accommodation again.

Thanksgiving Paradise....

The home & property were everything they stated!! We had a blast and we were never bored with all of the fun activities that they had on site. We played putt putt, ping pong, cornhole and lounged in the heated pool daily!! We were just a few steps away from the beach and visited everyday with a morning walk or an afternoon hanging on the beach with all of the beach equipment that the property provided. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Thanks for the awesome memories!!!

Amazing Home!

What a wonderful long weekend we just had at this beautiful property! The home was exactly as listed and was very clean when we arrived. The check in and check out process was very easy. The Property Manager checked in via text with us and was very communicative! The location was perfect as well. We hope to visit again in thr future!

Great Stay

House was great and it was new and clean. The only bummer is the check out time. The owner was not flexible on moving it back to 12 Noon even after I sent a note. 10 am is a hard time after spending the weekend. I do understand it needs to be cleaned and ready for a 4pm check In, but even a noon check out would allow any service to have the entire house cleaned and laundered for 4pm. Especially at the high price charged to clean the house. It would just make the departure easier and more convenient for guests. Another quick note to ask the management company about before renting is about the noisy house vents. We noticed the vents located on the roof flutter and actually make noise if it's windy. It sounds like a ball bouncing on the top floor. At first you think its the fans but you seen realize it doesn't stop. My brother investigated this and it's indeed the bathroom vent traps. Something easy to fix but if you're a light sleeper you can hear it in almost every room. We all sleep with white noise and we had to blast it to not hear it. It did actually bother almost ever guest in every room. I would just check on it before you rent. Overall great stay great house. We would rent again if the late check out would be considered and the vents were fixed. We have a child at IMG and frequent the area often.

Family vacation

It was a beautiful place and the house served us very well! We were a little disappointed with a few things 1. We had very loud neighbors that partied way into the night and they were in a sister rental with the noise ordinance being 10:00 pm. I tried reporting to the rental facility but it didn’t do any good. 2. We requested an hour or two on our check out date due to when our flight home was and there was zero consideration or accommodation! It was also on daylight saving day so we had to be up extra early and out of the house with no where to go till our flight. With paying as mush as we did for The place you would have thought there would be a little bit of consideration as we have stayed at a lot of other places that are very accommodating in these situations.

Family Vacation

We loved the location!! The beach was just a few steps away (the beach was quiet and not crowded) and the neighborhood was clean and felt safe. The home overall is very nice and the beds are comfy. Each of the rooms has their own bathroom which was great! The mirrors in the on-suite bath should have been hung higher. If you’re short, it will be fine. The kitchen is big & had most of the things we needed. Make sure to bring spices, cooking spray, paper towels, baggies and tin foil if you plan on cooking. The grill was full of grease and needed a good cleaning. The nice oven must have broke (it was in the garage) and they put a small one in its place. We would have loved a bigger living room or seating area for our large family and all the stairs with the littles was a bit of a challenge. We used the pool area quite a bit. The shallow end was perfect for the babies. Overall it worked out great for our family.

Outstanding house and location!

We feel really lucky we were able to book this house and location on fairly short notice. I can’t imagine there being any better! As we had a smaller number of people, we had 2 rooms we didn’t even touch, and plenty of space we did use. Everything from the decor to appliances seemed brand new! The pool and hot tub were great and we walked to the private beach each day with the pull cart/chairs that came with the house. We rented a golf cart and we’re able to take that to 90% of our dinners, ice cream, and shopping throughout the island. Definitely hoping to return soon! Our only complaint would be that we arrived at 9am and although we were aware of the checkin time of 4pm we had hoped to be able to enter sooner around noon or at least sometime in the afternoon prior to 4pm as there did not appear to be anyone renting before us and no cleaners there either. Only option we were given were to pay for another nights stay. Minor complaint though…overall we loved it!

The house was really beautiful and clean! Location was really nice, very short walk to the beach. The part of the beach we spent time on was quite and seemed a little more private than some of the other sections of the beach we have been to in the past. The Kitchen is gorgeous!! I love the light colors in the house, very beachy with pretty blues and light greens. The pool is awesome, it has a ton of nice sitting areas in it! Some of them are shaded and some are in the sun, which I appreciated very much! The hot tub was so nice in the evenings after dinner with a glass of wine. The game area was really nice for the kids. They loved having Ping Pong and Corn Hole tournaments at night will the grown ups relaxed! :) House was awesome, location great... We love Anna Maria Island so we will definitely be back!
