The noise warning in the check in directions was received far past my cancellation date and the skylight was directly above the bed. The noise and the light made it impossible to sleep. The listing was for 10 people, but there’s an additional fee when booking more than 5 people. Communication about this was impossible and the “manager” blamed VRBO for this additional/hidden fee. The shower curtain was 2 feet short and cut in half. The bedding and towels were cheap and old. Laundry was left in the dryer from the previous stay. Paid way too much for this place. If you can stay somewhere else, please do!

Fantastic Option for a stay in Boston

This property is the perfect choice if you plan on visiting Boston with a large group. The property management was very supportive and responsive. The property itself was very clean and accommodating.

Spacious and modern stay, with easy walking access to the T

This was a beautiful home and great location for accessing the T and seeing Boston. The neighborhood was very safe and my family and I really enjoyed our stay! The walks to nearby shops and especially to a small grocery store were gorgeous.

Great location!

This rental property was perfect for our group. It was in nice condition, and it was located in a very nice community. There are a lot of great restaurants within walking distance, and you're also a short walk from the train. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in Brookline!

This property was great for our weekend trip to Brookline. We only had 5 people, but the house could have 3 or 4 more. It was very clean and nicely furnished. We especially appreciated the electric blankets! We would definitely stay here again!

Great space to catch up with friends and family

Family stay for a college reunion

We were visiting with family to attend a reunion at Boston College, and this house was perfect in terms of size and location. We really appreciated the detailed information from owner as well. We had dinner both nights at the house, and it was very comfortable for a group of 8!

Home away from home

We had a comfortable stay for 3 nights. Plenty of room for 5 adults to visit together & still have personal sleep space. Ulrich was responsive to our questions. Consider this property if you are looking for lodging in the Brookline area.

Great stay in Boston

Loved staying here with family as we visited my daughter at BU - quick drive to school as well as shops/restaurants we could walk to in Brookline. The rental was lovely, just as pictured and very comfortable. The only thing to consider if you stay here are that there are two flights of stairs into the rental so definitely not for people with limited mobility. Thank you for a great stay!!

Stayed here over a long weekend with eight friends. Property was clean, easy to access, in a great location, and the property manager was responsive. Would highly recommend for any large group traveling to Boston, or a family looking for a place for potentially a longer stay.

The location is very good, close to the train station. You can hear traffic noise from outside early in the morning, and there is a lot of light coming in because the windows don't have blackout curtains. It doesn't have a garden, as mentioned in the description. There were 8 of us, and the space was okay. The place was clean, and the host was always very friendly.

You can’t judge a book by its cover and that’s what we found with this gem. The renovation, style, comfort were top. Clean, with owners who had great advice and were prepared for our questions. Would stay here again.

Excellent experience

This was a convenient place for us for our weekend in Boston. Host was easy to communicate with, space was very clean and exactly as listed. Just the right amount of room for 6 travelers. Only inconvenience is the parking, but made it work! Would definitely stay here again!

Completely as described

This host does a really fine job of accurately describing the property and its setting. I appreciate this - and the place was cheerful, well maintained, and easy to find. We took the train into Boston, and the station is a three minute walk from the property. Also great restaurants and coffee very nearby. Our first VRBO experience, and a wonderful example of quality and kindness.

Great location and Great Host

I stayed here for the weekend with friends and we had a blast! The multiple rooms was great so everyone had their own bed and their own room! The living room/kitchen sitting area was great place to socialize and be with everyone all at once. Ulrich was an amazing host and responded to questions in a timely manner. If I ever need to go back to Boston I would book this place again!
