Casa Munras Garden Hotel & Spa
"Cute room, convenient restaurant. I had a lot of problems with the bathroom. There was not even a place to set down your bar of soap because the sink had no vanity and it sloped so anything you set down just fell right into the sink. There were no drawers for your toiletries, no shelf other than ..."

Carmel Mission Inn
"Did not have a smart TV so could not stream any movies on Netflix Disney, etc. . When I’m on vacation, I look forward to doing that in the evening so this was pretty disappointing. The WiFi was pretty poor, especially in the gym. Unable to stream a workout on an app I was trying to do."

Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel & Spa
"Clean room and nice surroundings. Property is overpriced for the amenities you get. Rooms are clean and spacious. Shower is nice, but I really don’t understand the high price and it being rated as a 5 star property."

Monterey Beach Hotel, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel
"We loved our stay here! Beautiful view of and access to the ocean. We loved sitting on the main level drinking coffee, playing games, eating dinner and enjoying the atmosphere. The s’mores and self-service wine wall are amazing and the pool area is so fun!"

"Pet friendly. Clean but old carpet in hallways and rooms. Beds to soft for me. Fridge and microwave in room. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Awesome and helpful staff. Room stayed a bit stuffy even with windows open but hotel provided a fan in the room."

Casa Munras Garden Hotel & Spa
"Cute room, convenient restaurant. I had a lot of problems with the bathroom. There was not even a place to set down your bar of soap because the sink had no vanity and it sloped so anything you set down just fell right into the sink. There were no drawers for your toiletries, no shelf other than the one that was completely taken up by toilet paper and Kleenex. In other words, if you put toothpaste on your toothbrush, you had no place to set the toothpaste while you were brushing. It was that inconvenient. They kept the hairdryer in the room because there was no place for it in the bathroom.I also strongly believe that toilets should have a lid. That is a sanitation issue. There is a make up mirror which is a nice feature, but the little lamp next to it was completely inadequate for putting on makeup."
