Was given a room that was not even cleanec no sheets on bed. Given a 2nd room. Key would not work. Found out both rooms were still occupied Staff was horrible. No apology and they acted like it was our faul We were not the only ones this happened to and other guest were treated in the same manner ...

Pool was clean. Whole property was clean. Breakfast was ok. Front desk staff was friendly. Stayed for two nights and room wasn’t made up. A bit annoying with two little kids. Location great!

Booked for a quick weekend away. Overall hotel looked lovely but room was below average. There was mold in the bathroom as well as repair work needed in our room. Wrote in issues via Expedia chat but never heard back from hotel.
