I booked this hotel because it said there was a free 24 hour airport shuttle. I checked in late in the evening and had a 6 am flight the next morning. I asked about the shuttle and was told they hadn’t had one for years and they need to update that on Travelocity. She gave me a card for a taxi service but when I called they had no availability between 2am and 7am. The person at the desk suggested I could walk the 2 miles (at 5am: a woman with a 9 year old boy and all our luggage.) Luckily I was able to get an Uber but it sure added a lot of stress Getting to the airport first thing in the morning.

The couch in our room was dirty. We had an emergency and checked out 2 days early. Because we went through Travelocity, we could not get a refund.

Thank you for reviewing your stay with us, I do hope you reported the issue with the couch to the desk as they will always do whatever possible to fix things for our guests, I am sorry the prepaid reservation was an issue for this stay, unfortunately this is the downside to pre-paying for the rooms especially through a third party, we hope to see you again.

I reserved my room through Travelocity and their site said it was Pet Friendly when I got there the clerk told me I had to pay $150 nonrefundable for my little dog and I was very unhappy about that I had contacted Travelocity they told me they were going to contact the other Hampton Inn and see if I could get some of my money back I’m not gonna stay at the Hampton Inn anymore I’m sorry that’s ridiculous charging somebody $150 for a little dog when the adult make more of a mess and this is during a covert transformation in the room should be totally clean before and after
