Guest experience is our top priority; with owners on property, we are here to help if you need it! A private “duplex” style unit: full bathroom, stocked kitchen, living area, queen bedroom, outdoor deck space, bike wash, and woodsy backyard that connects DIRECTLY to Bella Vista’s Back 40. Cobbler is just moments from the action and a private, quiet space to retreat after hitting the trails or exploring NWArkansas. Driving into Downtown Bentonville is 20 minutes.
The space is well-equipped for 2 guests looking to retreat or get outside! The unit is kept clean and well-stocked. We offer bike storage as well as a wash area.
The entire unit is yours and private. The deck space is even partitioned to feel as though you have your own oasis. Feel free to join us anytime on the fire pit side. :)
Other things to note
We have a spiral staircase which leads to downstairs living room. It is unsafe for small children.
