"There was blood everywhere and the water was white and dirty. There was men digging outside and the parking lot was a mess. The woman manager was extremely rude and didn’t want my service dog around because she is scared of dogs. They charged my son and promised refund that he never got. Housekeeper and manager walk in the rooms without knocking even with a do not disturb sign. They overwork one young housekeeper and I had to purchase my own linens and cleaning supplies."

"I like that the room had a refrigerator and microwave. The hotel is located in area that is very close to a lot of restaurants and shops. It was very easy to get to Monterey from the hotel. The only real is issue was the constant noise from the then walls. I would stay here again the next time I visit the area."

"Pros - Central location, good price, easy check in and out. Cons - beds were hard, many outlets did not work, none of the EV chargers worked, only two tiny trash cans."

"Stayed at Jasmin’s house for 1 night and will never stay here again nor will I recommend it. She took our refundable deposit. I bought insurance coverage for property damage. Me and my friends took the time and effort to clean her house and made sure everything is in order how it was when we get there. Vrbo care told me the additional deposit was not needed because I already bought the insurance but Jasmin insisted to ask for additional money.This property is not guest friendly-not suited for family and friends get together."
