Very clean & comfortable. Family run. Very nice folks. We stay here fairly often because for the mom & pop roadside variety this one scores high. We’re in town 6-7 times a year so saving on pricey hotels is huge. Plus close to college.

Room was fairly clean except there was hair in the shower. I appreciated the large refrigerator. All the basic amenities were there. One draw back was the group of people gathered right next to the property just hanging out. They were not rude but it made me wonder if I was in a safe area.

The property is very clean and the staff both friendly and helpful. The location is within walking distance of a grocery store and many places to eat, making meals convenient. The location has good parking and is usually quiet at night. Only downsides were the bed mattress was hard and the shower needs more water pressure.
