"Everything was pretty great! The room, despite being small, was cosy and clean when we arrived. The bathroom was clean, though my only personal gripe was that the toilet paper was almost directly behind me when I had to reach for it lol. The air conditioning was easy to use, and the amenities provided were useful throughout our stay! Rented umbrellas and water bottles were very handy during the rainy week and the amount of walking we did. Unfortunately, we do have small disappointments :( > We did not receive the slippers I had seen mentioned on the website. They would have been useful when I needed to step out of the room but stay on the property during the night. > The ice machine was great! However, it is difficult to get the ice into a water bottle. I had to find a cup from the coffee machine and keep it with me when I needed ice, so I could not drop it everywhere and then transfer it over to my bottle. Might I recommend keeping some cups around the machine? > We were a little confused about housekeeping. We were told it was every other day but then told every 3 days? By my math, we should have had housekeeping hit our room at least once, but they did not. Our stay wasn't very long, so we didn't mind much, but it was just confusing Staff was great! The receptionists were wonderful! Lovely people to talk to. Ab-something, I'm so sorry I forgot your name, was especially wonderful to talk to. If this gets to him, we didn't get to catch you, but watch "Ya Boy Kongming""
