"Nice-looking on the outside but a little cramped"
Hotel was beautiful on the outside. The staff was very friendly - Maria at the front desk in particular was very helpful. But the room was quite small (as a lot of the reviews on here state) and the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, which can make you quite sore after a stay of more than one night.

"Nice hotel close to many attractions and subways"
Chose this hotel because of location and price. Busy time in Boston and hard to find rooms for a family. We thought the location near Beacon Hill was great for accessing the subways and walking. Near MGH,many people around and always felt safe walking back at night. Not much night life in this area, would recommend The Copley area or Long Wharf . Great location between the red line and blue lines, 5 minutes to Harvard, 5 minutes to Quincy Market!

"Very Pleasant Stay"
We had trouble getting home to Baltimore from London due to heavy fog. After already Laing one day to cancellations, we anticipated having to spend a night in London when, after 3 hours in line to rebook, someone asked if anyone wanted to go to Boston. We jumped at getting closer to home. At Logan, we booked a room at Comfort Inn while in line to claim missing luggage. The hotel sent someone to pick us up at the airport. We were very pleased with the room. After a grueling couple of days, it was "comforting" to be in a room with such comfortable beds and plenty of fluffy pillows. Of the airport hotels that came up in my search for a room, Comfort Inn was most reasonably priced and had everything we needed. There was even a small kitchenette with burners, fridge and dishwasher! We didn't use these, but the coffee maker and electric kettle were used. Breakfast was included. The hotel was farther from the airport than we thought, but not too far especially for the value. It was a 5-10 minute ride.

"Superb location I one of Boston's hottest neighbor"
On check in, the staff and management were delightfully clear about the amenities available and very helpful to clearly explain parking options. Very cool architecture which our 20 year old daughter enjoyed. Great restaurants and bars are nearby as well as a number of museums. The waterfront location is really cool, too. Being at the end of Congress street that is close to the main financial district was a plus. Just a really cool and friendly vibe from the whole staff. Other guests in were friendly, as well, which made for a real complete experience.

"Modern waterfront boutique hotel"
This is a nice "5-star" waterfront hotel with an excellent walking location to little Italy section of town. Also an easy walk to the "freedom trail" and many outstanding restaurants. A water taxi stand was right next to the restaurant. I found it odd that the restaurant and bar faced the street, rather than the water, considering the hotel boasted it was a harbor-view, waterfront accommodation. The lobby and restaurant were stylish and the staff was very professional, friendly and engaging (Tip: try the truffle oil popcorn, it's devine). The guest room was very clean, modern, and on the swanky side. The bed was very, VERY comfortable. The bathroom was cordoned off with sliding barn doors. The separate toilet room closed with a glass shower door and, to my discomfort, I hit my foot on the lip of the adjoining shower each time I stepped out of the toilet room. Other than that, it was a lovely accommodation. Overall, I would recommend, especially for this Travelocity price.

"Really great location by the water."
The hotel was located in a nice area, right by the water. It was walking distance from the beginning of the Freedom Trail, but expect a really long walk into the center of Boston, i.e. Fanueil Hall/Quincy Market. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was a bit run-down but clean, and their was a cute little terrace on our floor where one could sit out in the temperate weather and chat and have a drink.
